She has worked with a variety of businesses globally, from Fortune 500 companies to startups.  As a fractional CMO, she helps organizations with their marketing strategies while partnering with leaders to create human-centric teams that deliver big results.

 

From speeches, to workshops, courses, and more, Rachel is passionate about helping leaders take a human-first approach as they grow revenue and retain incredible people. Her first book about the keys to human-centric leadership is being published at the end of 2024.
